Client/Service Agreement

1. Scope of Services

The Company provides educational training, one-on-one mentorship, and access to simulated and proprietary trading challenges.
Upon successful completion, select individuals may be offered the opportunity to trade the Company capital under a structured evaluation program.
This Agreement does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice.
The Client acknowledges that the Company does not act as a financial advisor, broker, or portfolio manager.

The Company offers structured training programs designed to enhance the Client’s understanding of financial markets and trading strategies.
Training materials are provided for educational purposes only and do not guarantee success in trading.
The Client must comply with the Code of Conduct and all relevant policies while participating in the training program.

Clients who qualify for proprietary trading opportunities may receive company-funded capital to trade under pre-defined risk management guidelines.
The Client acknowledges that all trading activities are subject to performance reviews and compliance checks.
Profits generated from proprietary trading will be distributed according to agreed-upon terms, with the Company retaining a 10% service fee.
The Company reserves the right to withdraw trading capital at its discretion if the Client fails to meet performance or risk management requirements.

Clients must pay all applicable training fees before accessing course materials.
Payment terms and refund eligibility are governed by the Refund Policy.
The Company reserves the right to adjust fees or introduce new charges with prior notice.

All training materials, trading strategies, and proprietary information remain the exclusive property of ZenithWave Capital Limited.
The Client may not share, distribute, or reproduce any training materials without explicit written permission from the Company.
The Client agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary trading strategies and internal processes.

The Client agrees to comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and trading guidelines.
The Client acknowledges that trading carries inherent risks, as outlined in the Risk Disclosure Statement.
The Company is not responsible for the Client’s individual trading decisions or financial outcomes.

The Company is not liable for any financial losses incurred by the Client through trading or reliance on training content.
The Client agrees to indemnify the Company against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from their trading activities.
The Company shall not be held responsible for technical failures, third-party disruptions, or force majeure events.

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice.
If the Client violates company policies or fails to comply with trading guidelines, the Company may terminate their access to services without refund.
Upon termination, the Client will lose access to all training materials, trading capital, and related services.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before legal action is pursued.
