Head Trader & Mentor

Neil is a highly respected trader, market strategist, and financial commentator with decades of experience across global markets. He has traded on LIFFE, CBOT, and CME, participating in the open outcry markets while also being actively involved on several key committees that continue to shape the transition and development of electronic trading. He remains a member of these committees today, contributing to the ongoing evolution of global markets.

Since 2000, Neil has dedicated his expertise to mentoring and managing risk for self-directed traders of all backgrounds, from beginners to experienced professionals, across a wide range of accounts. His ability to blend market insight with practical teaching has helped countless traders refine their strategies and develop long-term consistency.

Beyond trading, Neil is a frequent financial commentator and media contributor, regularly appearing on television and in financial news outlets to share his perspectives on market trends, risk, and economic developments.

As a proprietary trader and financial trading coach, Ratender combines practical market knowledge with a genuine passion for mentoring. He has guided aspiring traders in developing the discipline, technical skills, and confidence needed to navigate today’s dynamic financial markets. Peter Antal is the Head of Business Development at ZenithWave Capital, where he is responsible for driving strategic growth, partnerships, and long-term commercial direction. With a background spanning business ownership, contract negotiation, and client acquisition, he brings a structured, results-driven approach to scaling operations and building sustainable revenue channels.

Peter’s professional experience includes leading and managing a real estate franchise business, where he successfully negotiated over 100 transactions, coordinated with legal professionals, and developed high-performing sales and marketing initiatives. His hands-on leadership style and ability to align commercial strategy with operational execution have been central to delivering consistent performance and strong client relationships.

Alongside his commercial expertise, Peter is a certified proprietary trader, giving him first-hand insight into the realities of professional trading environments.
